This is a late Victorian era petticoat. The white cotton skirt features lace inlay in tiers across the skirt. A beautiful full skirt. 

CONDITION

In good condition with wear consistent with age and use. An old stitch repair to a two inch section of the lace on the left front bottom tier. Missing back closure.
